Vista del Pacifico, developed with John Scheman and partners, is a hillside residential community that combines upscale living with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Papagayo. Launched as part of Guanacaste’s growth corridor, Vista del Pacifico was conceived as a low-density residential community with an emphasis on privacy, natural beauty, and resort-style amenities.
