Vistas Estates
Vista Estates is a gated residential project developed to offer estate-sized homesites within a secure, nature-rich setting in Playa Panamá, Guanacaste. Conceived as part of the region’s growth corridor, the community was designed to blend privacy, accessibility, and investment potential, all within minutes of Costa Rica’s Gold Coast beaches and the Guanacaste International Airport.

Overview
Launched in the mid-2000s, Vista Estates was developed as a low-density residential community featuring large estate lots averaging between 7,000 m² and 10,000 m². The project offered a total of more than two dozen parcels, sold as individual lots to homeowners and investors.
Each lot was planned to provide generous space, privacy, and mountain or valley views, while benefiting from modern infrastructure and close access to nearby beaches. Once the lots were sold, as with other Grupo Do It communities, the development transitioned to management under its Homeowners Association (HOA).
