NYA
A mix use development of 2,226 acres that currently hold a $1.2 billion dollars environmental approval, currently under funding phase.
NYA Free Trade Zone
A 205 acre free trade zone in Liberia Guanacaste, currently under design phase. In co-develop with Urban Partners.

Grupo Do It’s first partnership with El Lagar, launching Guanacaste’s leading construction and home-improvement chain. opened in 2001.

NYA Solar Project
The utility-scale solar project at Nya spans 30 hectares capable of producing clean, renewable energy for over 13,000 homes.
NYA Rock Quarry
The Rock Quarry covers approximately 10 hectares and is equipped with advanced mining equipment, a concrete and an asphalt plant.
