Forum 2 was developed by Urban Partners as a large-scale corporate environment designed to accommodate multinational headquarters and regional offices. The project integrates modern architecture with Class-A infrastructure, featuring 11 four-story office buildings, an on-site hotel, landscaped common areas with an infinity-edge pool, a food court, retail spaces, and a pedestrian bridge to an adjacent shopping center. With ample parking, a helipad, and 24/7 security, Forum II offers seamless connectivity to Route 27, La Sabana, Escazú, and Juan Santamaría International Airport.
